Our Mosque Project

The desire to have another beautiful Mosque that can serve the entire Muslim population in Upstate New York has been long forthcoming. Finally, we are in the midst of making it a reality. Turkish Society of Rochester Mosque, a 10,000 square feet structure with dual minarets and five domes will be serving the Muslim community in the near future.

With arrival of spring, our construction restarted on the roof, minarets and domes. There is still a lot to be done and we appreciate and NEED your SUPPORT!

TSOR is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization registered in the State of New York, USA. All donations are tax-deductible to the full extent allowable by law.

Donations can be made directly on the website. The funds will be used 100% for the construction of the Mosque and will be going into a separate donation account.

TWO WAYS you can make a tax-deductible donation:

1. Send your check made-out to "Turkish Society of Rochester- Mosque Fund” [US-Dollars only] to the address: 677 Beahan Road, Rochester, NY 14624. Include a note with your name, the word "donation," and provide your email address so that we can acknowledge receipt and thank you!

2. Donate online via Your Paypal Account: Click the "donate button" [below] and you will automatically be redirected to TSOR's account page at Paypal.com. At top of page, type-in the "amount" of your donation and then click on "Update Total." Then, on this page, login to your Paypal Account.
